At lower speeds the bike seemed smoother at lower rpms, before the bike would kind of shake at lower rpms and was hard to keep a steady speed when you were at 65 before you had a choice of running the rpms at around 3200 rpms or jump up a gear and run at lower 2000 or speed up to 70 to get the bike purring.
The temperature difference was noticeable also, Before the upgrade the temp gauge would hover close to the red area on the gauge, now it is just above half way on the gauge, It was 85 degrees out on the way back. Also much better on the interstate while passing. The first thing I noticed was the throttle response, it was much better, while I didn't really get too radical you definitely should hold on when you get into it.
